Online Psychology Sessions

I offer evidence-based psychology sessions (both face to face and online) for individuals struggling with difficult emotions and situations.

A big part of the human experience is to face challenges so that we can learn and grow from them, but while we’re in the midst of them, it can sometimes be difficult to see a way through. Psychology provides the space for individuals to gain clarity, receive support, and make positive changes in a safe and caring environment. My psychology sessions are client centred and collaborative with a focus on providing a safe and comfortable place for you to thrive.

Online therapy via Telehealth (Zoom or phone) is available for all individuals during COVID-19 and for those living in rural or remote locations.
